If you haven't selected the rewards payout options for your stash or controller account, you won't see any reward transactions on subscan. By default, earned rewards are bonded, so if you haven't changed this setting, you'll see an increase in your bonded amount after claiming payouts from nominators or validators. To view reward transactions, make sure to select the appropriate payout options for your account.
