I am working on a project that involves using Edgeware's democracy tab (https://www.edgeware.app/#/democracy) and I am confused about the difference between referenda, proposals, and external. Additionally, I am not sure what the term "dispatch" means in this context. Can someone please explain these concepts to me? Thank you in advance!
