Tokens not appearing in WASM wallet after using EdgeWASM to EdgeEVM converter

I recently used the EdgeWASM to EdgeEVM converter to transfer EDG tokens from EVM to WASM. However, after 40 minutes of waiting, the tokens have not appeared in my WASM wallet. Prior to this transfer, another transfer was successful. Any insights on what might be causing this issue?

It appears that you have only completed half of the necessary steps when transferring EDG from your EVM account to your WASM account. Consequently, your EDG is currently held in the intermediate account associated with your WASM/Substrate account. To resolve this issue, you should initiate another withdrawal of a small amount and complete both steps. Subsequently, the entire balance from the intermediate account will be automatically transferred to your WASM/Substrate account.
